Terms of Service for the software.ai Bid Board
Last updated October 19, 2026
About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the software.ai Bid Board (the “board”). By listing a link or paying for a listing, you agree to these Terms, the Ad policy and the . “We”, “us” and “our” mean the board’s operator; “you” means anyone who uses the board.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. If you list on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.
The service
The board ranks listings by the total paid for each, before tax. A payment buys placement on the board; it does not guarantee a rank, a duration, or any number of visitors or clicks. Rank changes as others pay, and a listing that is outbid stays on the board at its new rank.
Payments
Prices are in US dollars, before any tax, which is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never to us. Payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
No account
The board has no accounts or sign-in. Your browser stores what you paid for so the board can mark your listings as yours; clearing it does not affect the listings.
Your listing
You confirm you have the right to promote what you list, and that it complies with the Ad policy and applicable law. You allow us to display your link, and the name, description and icon taken from its page, on the board and wherever the board is shared. We may refuse, hide or remove a listing that breaks these Terms or the Ad policy, without refund.
Not an investment
A listing is paid placement on the board. It is not an investment, gives no ownership of anything, and pays nothing back.
Other sites
Listings link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and you visit them at your own risk.
Disclaimer and liability
The board is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on this page applies from the date above, and using the board after a change means you accept it.
